How do I register for the conference as a delegate or exhibitor? |
Keeping this website open, open a new browser window and go to http://www.misa.bc.ca/ and login with your MISA membership username and password. After you are logged in click on the 2010 Fall Conference link from the menu on the left side of the screen. On the 2010 Fall Conference page choose from either the delegate registration or exhibitor registration links on the menu. |
I click on the registration link but I don't see how to continue. How do I register? |
You must be logged in into the MISA BC website before clicking on the registration links. The system needs to identify who you are and check that you are an active up-to-date member in order to proceed with registration. If you don't see a form with your data in it after you click the registration link, most likely you are not logged in to http://www.misa.bc.ca/ website. |
How can I register more than one conference delegate under my organization? |
In order to register several conference delegates under the same organization you must add them as contacts to your organization prior to the registration. After they are added to your organization, they can log in into the system and proceed with the registration by clicking on the registration link.
To add contacts to your organization, your primary contact must login to the MISA BC site, click on "MY ORGANIZATION", click on "EDIT MY ORGANIZATION USERS" and finally in "CREATE NEW USER". After the user is created, the new user can login with his/her user name and password and register for the conference. |
Do I have to register as a conference delegate if I purchased an exhibitor booth? |
Yes. Exhibitor booths DO NOT include any conferences registrations. |
I was logged in to misa.bc.ca [from Alberta] and was trying to add contacts to our organization, however all the information I found about doing this was through the My Organization section and I do not have a My Organization section. Please advise how I go about adding new contacts. |
If you are from Alberta, you will have to contact MISA Prairies and ask to have your account added. |
Can I become a sponsor? |

Can my sponsorship be paid utilizing a credit card? |
Yes. A sponsorship payment by credit card is a manual process. After you've made your arrangements with the sponsorship committee and received an invoice, call MISA's treasurer Guillermo Ferrero (250-755-4486) who will take your credit card information for payment. |
I signed up for the golf tournament, but now am unable to attend. I would also like to change some of my registration details, how can I do this? |
Please send an email to the registration team at jhenry@vernon.ca and we will be able to change your registration details. If there is a change in fees you may be contacted by our registration team to confirm the credit card charges. An email will also be sent confirming the changes have been made. |
